Project 1: High-pressure Booster compressors (Feb'18 - June 19) Booster is high pressure compressor which works from 69 bar to 345 bar which is widely used for waterwell drilling machine, mining, CNG pumps, oil pipe lines and construction. Worked on various layouts of portable power boosters product & development, creating base frame & support structures & doing R&D works to reduce the vibration, making proposal of new concepts and utilization of space to compact the machines. Worked from scratch to final product delivery to the market & product life cycle management.

Project 2: Motor driven breakers(MDB) (July 19 - Jan'20) MDB is petrol driven portable breakers used for construction & demolition, our part of work was to upgrade the machine from carburetor to fuel injected (FI) & upgraded the throttle system and improved the fuel efficiency & reduced the emission. Project 3: Portable LED light tower (Jan'20 to present) Portable light tower is powered by a diesel engine, our part of work was to rebuilt the machine with new engine, cooling system, replacement of electrical parts and creating a new spillage free frame to adopt this new machine. Responsibilities:

Designing of various components like support structures, base frames, piping & routing container assemblies, engine components, control panels, feasibilities.

Design improvements and Cost reductions by checking for interchangeability of Parts.

Manufacturing drawing revising/updating as per OEM standards.

Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.

Bill of material creation(BOM), giving balloons, GD&T symbols wherever required.

Product release document preparation.

Making necessary design changes as per the guidelines and requirements of the client.

Drafting of the components as per the standards.

Tolerance stack up for the assembly sequence.

PDM & PLM management of products from scratch to end of life.

Maintaining project status report & delivering projects on time.

Attending weekly meetings sharing project status with the client. MCK Kutty Engineers Design Engineer Oct’16 - Jan' 18 NMDC steel plant, Chhattisgarh.

Project name : Conveyor belt assembly, Stock house erection, Slag Pot Transfer car frame Blast furnace shell

Responsibilities:

Involves the study of 2D drawings and understand the process of manufacturing

Estimation of the work, preparing PO and detail study of the SOW.

Required inputs need to be escalated with the customer

Attending weekly meetings sharing project status with the department heads.

Responsible for conversion of 2D drawings to 3D models in Creo3.0.

Crosschecking the GD&T frames with respect to input.

Preparation of checklist Documents to ensure quality of deliverables.
