Roles and Responsibilities

●Being a Team Lead of the process, I am responsible for reviewing and ensure the quality standards of the team and continuous follow up with the team on daily deliverables

●Responsible for client queries, requests, reconciliation and follow up with clients to validate and prepare the Mile Stone for Client Product (SOP, Process Maps)
