Educational background

1998-2002 : Bachelor of Chemical Engineering - Annamalai University, India.

Conceptual/ Technical skills;

Recognize FEED level engineering drawings, technical integrity to adapt appropriate execution techniques for project construction works and support construction contractors at field.

Engage discipline engineer’s expertise as required prior to flag a concern to Field Engineering.

Perform adequate site visit to evaluate technical queries from construction contractor to segregate construction inaccuracy and to flag precise engineering quires to minimize the delays.

Recognize Plant Start up requirements, Operational Integrity and leads commissioning roll out from Project to asset (Operations) phase.

Identify and determine multidisciplinary interface with different key stakeholders and leads construction interface up to Handover for Operate Phase.

Maintenance Experience:

Identify all corrective maintenance and preventive works in daily CMPT meetings for EMC contractors.

Assist PDO maintenance to classify preventive and corrective maintenance activities in order to complete maintenance and support plant start up.

Working with PDO Engineering, Operations, production team & for all corrective and preventive jobs.

Identify Work break down structure including cost center for Operation assistance.

Leads Shutdown planning for major and minor shutdown in field.

Reporting to Operations for all deferment related jobs and attending YTT/CMPT meeting on daily basis.

Monitor Z1 Notifications in SAP for CM/PM activities from contractor End and manage priority during notification release in CMPT meeting.

Leads Site visit to finalize quantity and cost against corrective notification and incorporate external Service in SAP Work orders in line with quantity prior to scheduling.

Liaise with Operations/Production for Purchase order release prior to scheduling.

Manage final scheduling for job Execution in SAP IAP (integrated activity planning).

Manage partial and final confirmation for the scheduled activity form contractor end prior to technical confirmation.

Maintain Excellent KPI (Key Production Indicator) for CM/PM/Project activities.

Coordinating with operations & Planning for Well Commissioning.

Leads in Maintenance and site interface Management and provide Scope clarification for all for corrective and preventive and project jobs.

Liaise with PDO Engineering/Maintenance Coordinator for all PTW/HSE Issues and highlight the same to WGCCC -Management.

Identify all pre-shutdown and shutdown multidisciplinary activities and organize the same on major plant shutdown.

Liaise with different stake holders in like, drilling contractors, WPH (well Pulling Hoist, flushing units, etc...) OSE “Oil South Engineering categorize the priority for the planned core business and project activities.

Ensure the FLAF data’s (Flow Line authorization form) from Flow line Engineer prior to the start of design package.

Assist Operations support Manager to review and update MOC procedure.

Appraise Operational risk for changes identified in process and associated systems at existing midstream facilities (Compressor stations, Pressure limiting stations, pipelines, gas supply stations) and manage Field changes through MOC process.

Leads Project Coordination (Includes technical clearance, procurement, construction, commissioning & Handover to Asset) and execute changes in process facilities.

Interface with Project team in line with Operational requirements and priorities.

Leads Asset Performance Management (APM) for existing midstream facilities.

Construction Experience:

Assist Lead Interface to define Contractor’s and Company’s responsibilities with respect to interfaces

Participated in Technical bid Evaluation for Engineering and Construction contracts and assist lead interface to review Technical Bid clarification for contractor selection.

Recognize SIMOPS zones (inner and outer) related to existing high sour facility (H2S> 3% in reservoirs) during FEED.

Recognize drilling EPZ, Production EPZ, and relevant IIZ and PAZ for existing facility and Manage SIMOPS for Project construction activities during drilling and well testing activities.

Coordinate for development of project management deliverables and assist lead interface for review.

Manage Engineering Deliverables from EP contractor from Coast office in line with MDDR detailed design phase.

Ensure design data sheets approval for procurement initiation.

Ensure effective interdisciplinary check during detailed design phase.

Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP & SAFOP) reviews and model reviews to facilitate effective installation of process control and safeguarding equipments during construction phase.

Monitor procurement deliverables and ensure pre-order and post order formalities in line with project schedule.

Ensure vendor commitments related manufacturing in line with project schedule.

Liaise with EP contractor and Manage Material mapping to ensure material physical availability in line with Material take off (MTO) as identified in Approved Engineering drawings.

Manage logistics to deliver over dimension cargos like compressor, PAR modules, and other project materials sourcing including long lead equipment.

EDI (Electronic data interface) sharing to construction contractors through PIMS “Project Interface Management System”.

Lead technical discussion to ensure vehicle load at different terrain levels and turning radius are determined against Center of Gravity after the route survey at construction site.

Define parameters for scarp materials through Field Engineering team and Identify scrap materials related to project and auction/disposal as per company procedure through company representative.

Lead material reconciliation and define quantity of surplus and scrap materials through field Engineering.

Manage project construction for Oil & gas processing, gas sweetening, liquid treating, compression, and/or pipeline design and integrity.

Lead technical issues at site as Technical Contact and review/Clarify through PIMS “Project Interface Management System” and monitor DCN and FCN during Engineering and construct phase.

Manage “All Party Site Monthly and weekly Interface Meeting” at site during construct phase.

Complete coordination for 5 Weeks Major shutdown of high sour facility with related Oil deferment planned for shutdown 70, 000 barrels/day.

Ensure re-instatement works during construction phase, Monitor ITR (inspection test reports) and agree on completion dates during pre-commissioning and coordinate for punch list and turn over.

Recognize commissioning requirement against sub-system and system readiness for on-plot and off-plot construction; arrange pre-walk down with commissioning team to ensure silky turn over.

Ensure plant integration, Verification certification readiness and Operations acceptance including Technical and Operational integrity prior to plant start-up.

Commercial assistance to project;

Manage commodities and Identify additional construction quantities against planned quantities and provide technical justification for discrepancies.

Review change process to ensure appropriate technical justification approval and documentation for all additional works during construct and commissioning phase.

Creating Job Orders for sub-contractors and maintain as per the contract and tracking sub-contractor performance.

Handled a separate (STP) Sewage Treatment construction project.

Maintaining the production and quality parameters and ensure daily activities.

Preparing monthly report and Reporting to manager- production in daily basis.
