Summary of work experience:
Worked at M/s. Central India Polyester Limited, Mouda, Nagpur (Product marked by Reliance) as a “Graduate Engg.Apprentice“since 22nd Oct, 2002 up to one year.
M/s. CIPL is continuous process plant manufacturing polyester filament yarn (PFY) and polyester chips in technical collaboration with EMS Inventa-Fischer AG (Turn over Rs.350 Cr.)
Have got experience in participation of trouble shooting, de-bottlenecking, start-up and shutdown activities. Unit process includes Esterification, Polymerization & unit operation like continuous & batch in distillation, filtration, milling, and pneumatic conveying.
Experience in production of polyester chips & yarn in a continuous process plant with exposure to plant operations, hands on experience in operating plant by DCS (Distributed Control System, ABB make) commissioning & precommissioning activities, plant start-up, pressure testing etc.
SPECIFIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
Take part with the commissioning team in the process of conversion of commissioning of melt spinning lines into Direct melt Spinning lines (DMS) commissioning of New lines of polymer, Dowtherm, Steam, Air, Nitrogen and various valves, pumps, filters, coolers, Booster pumps and manifolds as per PFD (Process Flow Diagram). Pressure testing of Polymer lines and Dowtherm lines.
Worked at Mumbai Waste Management Limited.(Feb.2005 to March 2006)
Taloja M.I.D.C.Raigad (M.S.) as a shift in-charge in Incinerator Project. Handling various equipments & hazardous chemical waste for disposal. Also worked for safety operation regarding hazardous chemicals, plant maintenance work & regular operations of incinerator plant.
