CAREER OBJECTIVE

I want to work in a company that is using advanced engineering practices and it has a well organization structure/environment to allow employees to develop their skills and groom professionally.

EXPREIENCE

Maintenance Engineer at CENTURY PAPER AND BORAD MILLS LTD. (April,2018 to Sep,2020)

Briefly I was in charge of mechanical maintenance of three paper machines namely PM 1, 2 & 3 by applying predictive and preventive maintenance.

To understand design, working and functionality of all equipments of paper machine in order to apply maintenance.

Perform all types of maintenance tasks on paper machines to reduce down time, while planning & procure spare parts/inventory by keeping in check with health of machine and also complete understanding of what are crucial components to machine failures.

I also have knowledge of steam traps and piping experience because I worked in paper industry.

Installation of new equipments and modification of existing rolls designs etc.

Manage own team and answer to manager for all jobs.

Inspect the equipment and trace the faults in it, predict its health after inspection and make decision whether or not to perform a maintenance activity.

I have collected data and read book on Vibration condition monitoring Category II and also can do analysis on software like Skf and Ronds and can write reports predicting the health of machine.

Know how of SAP SYSTEM (oracle based system) which is used to maintain record of employees, man hours and material consumption for particular job. And also create work order as well.
