Roles & Responsibility

Testing and validation of Control & Relay(C&R) cubicle for various voltage levels from 11KV to 765KV as per customer approved schematic drawings.

Functional Testing of Protection Relays for Feeder, Distance, Transformer (SE MAKE RELAYS).

Testing for all types of Electro mechanic /Static relays for various applications.

Hands on experience in using OMICRON test kit for testing of Numerical, Static & electromechanical relays.

Verification of BOM (Bill of Material) with specification mentioned in the approved drawings.

Validation & Documentation for Internal & FAT Test reports for Cubicle.

Boot installation of BCU’s (Bay Control Unit), Ring formation of all switches(EFS) & Integration of all Numerical Relays with EFS switches (using RJ45 or Fiber Optic cable).

HV (High Voltage) and IR (Insulation Resistance) testing for Cubicle, Numerical, Static & Electromechanical Relays,

Knowledge and easy under standing in electrical and electronics circuits, PLC and control board wiring.
