Role involves logging and handling the customer complaints by initially checking the customer details like name, address and D.O.B in the provided application tool.
We use several applications like Respond, Prequel, Full serve, FCA website, IVA website, IIR, Gazette link, Edocs.

Post the customer payment by recording cash, checks and transactions.
Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
Verifies the validity of account descriptions.
Resolves valid or unauthorized deduction by entering adjusting entries.
Summarizes receivable by maintaining invoices account, coordinating monthly transfer to account receivable account, verifying totals and prepare reports.
Protects organization value by keeping information confidential.
Master data management:
Ensure master data integrity in system as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
We use several application like SAP, APO, ECC, PPM, SNP PPM for planning and production purpose
Identifies area for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problem.
Doing the data quality for end to end process to make a process as error free.
Deducting the errors and making corrections for using standardize rule book.
