The objective of the project is to Re-CAD existing vendor drawings into intelligent P&IDs by Smart plant P&ID technical Guidelines. Also updated existing Auto-CAD drawing into As-Built /Issue for design. Resolving the scope drawings and customization of line list generation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day drafting and process support to draftsmen.
Solving of mark-up’s issues and updating line list.
Optimise plant performance by improving process design and operational analysis and performing engineering studies.
Analysing the client requirements and providing solution to the issues and requirements by configuring and flow of pipelines.
Working with process team to find issues in the present drawing and providing solutions and identify the Process flow improvements.

The objective of this project is to draft the P&ID’s as per site survey data into Intergraph Smart Plant P&ID's. This project includes day to day updating from the plant. Creation of symbols and auxiliary graphics should be draft. Live updating and mark-ups will be solved day to day.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Basic settings for client: Company Template Settings, Creation of symbols, updating status of drawings.
Fresh drafting drawings and solving the back-check comments as per client rules.
Generating of line list generation from excel.
Quality Check (Soft QC using EDE) of the P&ID generated.
Creation of version, revisions etc.
Coordinating with the Technical team and the Onsite team in troubleshooting problems incurred during the drafting.

This project involves in AS BUILT which as has been plant contains 1700+ drawings. The conversion of MicroStation Drawings into smart plant drawings. This project has certain precautions to creation of symbols and maintaining quality.

Onscreen Quality Check (Soft QC using EDE) of the P&ID generated.
