Instructor/ Watch Officer, NORAD/US Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, CO 08/2018-Present Instructor, Evaluator, J73 Training Division 60+ Hours/week Serves as the assistant program manager for qualification training of missile and space watch standers in the NORAD and US Northern Command, Command Center. Provides instruction on critical infrastructure and operational readiness technics to multiple national joint service missile and space warning officers. Responsible for developing courseware, writing scenarios, incorporating feedback, and student evaluations. Skills taught include: Space based missile warning sensors, terrestrial based radar systems, Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment missile and space warning, Ground Based Mid-Course Defense (GMD) overview. As a Missile and Space Domain Deputy Chief/ Watch Officer, provides rapid characterization and recommendations to combatant command leadership of missile launches, space launches, and re-entering objects. Responsible for providing mobile surveillance of space systems and satellite communication links for multiple government organizations and Combatant Commands. Developed and implemented organization level training and certification plans to maintain technical currency in austere environments. Directed and implemented security measures to maintain TSCIF workspaces. Oversaw and directed maintenance to ensure operation of equipment valued at over eight million dollars.

Space Operations Planner, I Corps, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA 05/2015-09/2016 Space and Special Technical Operations Planner, I Corps Space Support Element 60+ Hours/week Served as an assistant department head for an Army Corps Space Support Element responsible for planning and integration of space-based capabilities and special technical operations (STO). Served as a project manager providing national level integration of Space and STO capabilities to interagency working groups and exercises. Responsible for drafting strategic level orders and taskings as well as master scenario events lists for war fighter exercises to train Army Corps and Division headquarters. Assistant Brigade Fire Support Officer, Ft. Wainwright, AK 07/2012-05/2014 Fires Cell Program Manager 60+ Hours/week

Served as program manager for a brigade-level fires cell. Responsible for supervising project managers, including regional-level maintenance on all organizational equipment, and coordinating across multiple departments including operations, intelligence, logistics, and communications at the executive-level. Directed and oversaw the fielding of a new laser targeting capability. Budgeted directed, and oversaw a large-scale multinational exercise including over 4000 people in a fiscally constrained environment. Employed risk management and reduction strategies during inherently high-risk operations resulting in zero safety incidents over the course of one year and zero losses to government property valued at over 6 million dollars. Company Fire Support Officer/Project Manager, Ft. Wainwright, AK 07/2010-07/2011 Company Fire Support and Intelligence Support Team Leader, 1-5 Infantry Battalion 60+ Hours/week Served as an organizational level project manager and fire support officer for a 200-person combat arms company. Planned over 60 combat and humanitarian missions in high-risk, time-constrained environment, resulting in over an 80% reduction in overall risk to US forces, including a reduction in enemy activity in the area of responsibility. Advised the commander on the capabilities, limitations, and employment of all fire support assets available to operations, including a fleet of vehicles, laser target designators, and fire support weapon systems valued at over two million dollars.
