Professional Experience

United States Air Force Instructor, Physician Assistant 2019-current

· Instructs at an Air Force medical provider program in the largest joint training platform in DoD/$1.2B campus. Provide College level instruction in a program which awards 24 college credits and 3 certifications. The course includes 512 hours of course curriculum spanning 171 lessons; including Anatomy and Physiology, physical exams, clinical disorders, occupational medicine and clinicals. Supervises students with clinical/hands-on experiential training which consists of clinical practicum in an Acute and Urgent Care setting at a Military Treatment Facility, ensuring advanced clinical skills align with medical safety/legal/quality standards.

United States Air Force Operational Physician Assistant 2015-2019

· Provides operational medical care in a line embedded Ambulatory Care Center responsible for training Air Force Special Warfare Trainees. Provides for the full scope of preventive and primary health care services for assigned population. Responsible for providing critical health and safety direction to Command during 3,300 hours of high risk training event yearly. Provides medical care/support and first responder services at remote locations without additional medical services. Responsible for Human Performance Optimization of unit. · Provides care to newborn through geriatric in a Joint Commission-accredited teaching hospital, David Grant USAF Medical Center is the Air Force Medical Service's flagship medical treatment facility in the United States, providing a full spectrum of health care and patient-centered treatment to a prime service area population of more than 130,000 TRICARE eligible patients and more than 377,000 Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System eligible. identification of lab cultures. Prepares reagents and plates needed for experiments on
