PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

I have around 6 years of experience in instrumentation field and presently I am working as an instrumentation technician in Qatar. I have worked in Erection, Pre- commissioning, commissioning and Maintenances.

1.BARZAN ONSHORE PLANT(MAR 2019 – TILL DATE)

Designation- Instrumentation technician. (commissioning and maintenances)

Key Responsibilities

Installation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for field instruments like PT,FT,LT,CV,ESDV,BDV,SDV,VP.

Carried out preventive maintenance as per schedule and corrective maintenance as per requirement of operations.

Field Inst installation, inspection, loop checking & function checking..

Troubleshooting and corrective job done for all kind of field instruments such as pressure transmitter, DP type flow and level transmitter, radar type level transmitter, control valve, solenoid valve.

Worked in both Heart protocol and Foundation Field bus (FF) protocol.

Supervision of basic & detail engineering documents like P & I diagrams, GA Drawings, data sheets, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, junction box detail, cable schedule, cable tray drawings, Instrument location plans, hook-up drawings etc.

Worked in Schneider DCS and Siemens PLC panel well known about panel connections. And worked in IRP and also know about the relay functions.

Commissioning of all field instruments such as Pressure switches, pressure & temperature transmitter (SMART), Flow transmitter, level transmitter, Level Switches and pressure gauges & Calibration of control valves, solenoid valves.

And also worked in Rosemount pressure transmitter, Rosemount DP transmitter for both level and flow, Krohne mass flow meter, E&H radar level transmitter, Bob type level meter.

Worked in fisher, masoneilan control valves and well known about all control valves tubing and its auxiliaries. And also worked in Emergency shutdown valves.

Loop testing, functional testing & Commissioning, Trouble shooting of all field instruments and Hands on 475 Field communicator.

Calibration and stroke checking of control valves and On/off Valves, Emergency Shutdown Valves.

Familiar with temperature transmitter and its element like RTD and Thermocouple.

Field Experience in a wide range of instrumentation systems.

Educational Qualification

BE- Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in Anna University, Chennai. April 2015 With 60%. RVSCET, Dindigul.
