Manage the IT Department while budgeting, planning and executing strategic Information Technology initiatives. A hands-on professional managing staff and supporting 110 employees, including 25 remote users. Working with hospitals and doctors around the USA and Europe in support of CVRx’s multiple medical device trials.
Accomplishments include:
Implemented a new ShoreTel VOIP phone system bringing four digit dialing to all remote employees.
The introduction of a VMware ESX virtual environment reducing the amount of physical servers to three.
Led two SAN implementation projects consisting of Compellent and Tegile Storage Area Network (SAN) systems using ISCSI, Fiber. Office 365 Migration.
