Manage the IT Department while budgeting, planning and executing strategic Information Technology initiatives. A hands-on professional managing staff and supporting 110 employees, including 25 remote users. Working with hospitals and doctors around the USA and Europe in support of CVRx’s multiple medical device trials.
Accomplishments include:
Implemented a new ShoreTel VOIP phone system bringing four digit dialing to all remote employees.
The introduction of a VMware ESX virtual environment reducing the amount of physical servers to three.

Co-led a team of three to select a new ERP system. The system specialized in financials and distribution but lacked adequate manufacturing and quality controls. To save money we upgraded and customized the current system.
Helped develop Manhattan Toy’s first ecommerce web site with direct links to the ERP system.
Helped develop Microsoft PowerPivot OLAP DATA cubes directly connected to the SQL server for live system reporting.
