• Time Office Management: Mark all employees attendance in software, cross verify the attendance with Shift Supervisor attendance. Circulate the Manpower report to all department. Finalize the Attendance of all Factory employees. Display attendance on notice board for Employee’s confirmation. Update all Statutory register as per the various Labour Law.

• Recruitment: Short listing Candidate by screening interview. Conduct final interview with department Head. Finalize the salary of selected candidate & offer the job. Create or maintain Employee’s Personal files. Share New join Employee’s detail with Corporate Office.

• Employee Life Cycle Management: Ensure effective Management of various employee life cycle management process e.g. Personal file management, payroll administration, time office management, etc. in compliance with statutory guidelines and organizational policies & procedures.

• Payroll Management: Process employee’s payroll. Share payroll sheet with Corporate Office. Prepare payslip. Cross check wage sheet with payroll input. Register any grievance related to payroll & process the same in next month payroll.

• Factory Compliance Management: Prepare Statutory returns under various labour law PF, ESIC, Maternity Benefit Act, Contract Labour Act, Bonus Act, Factory license renewal, Contract Labour RC amendment, etc.

• Contract Labour Compliance Management: Registered a new contractor in factory RC. Issued Form-V to Contractor for making Labour Licence. Analyze Contractor document regarding compliance purpose like Contractor’s PF & ESI No. issued by EPFO authority and collect a Xerox copy of PAN card. Prepare document for Renewal of Factory’s Contract Labour RC & any amendment in RC. Check the Contractor’s Bill & process their payments. Prepare all statutory Returns as under HP Contract Labour Rule 1970.

• Vendor PO & Billing Management: Raise PO for all HR’s vendor in Company own software “Coupa”. Check GRN in SAP. Follow-up with all vendor regarding monthly bill. Check & process vendor’s monthly bill. Prepare monthly Provision & share the share with Finance department. Also play a role in preparing HR annual Budget.

• Transport Management: Manage Transport facility of Company. Ensure that the all vehicle has their all necessary document. Month inspection of Cabs or buses with the help of safety team. Circulate inspection report with Vendors & close the gap as per inspection report. Manage month Transport committee meeting. Arrange Safe driver training to all drivers. Play a role in HSE safety standard “Drive Safety”.

• Canteen Management: Regular check canteen staff personal hygiene. Maintain & display Canteen monthly menus & Training Schedule. Resolved canteen grievances regarding food quality or other issues regarding plumbing or electrical. Maintain cleaning & 5S in canteen cafeteria, kitchen area and dry store. Maintain canteen dry store as per FSSAI norms & as per company QP policy. Monthly meeting with Canteen Vendor / representative.

• Occupational Health Centre Management: Manage Company dispensary with the help of 3 doctors & 3 Pharmacist. Ensure that the company comply 100% medical of all the employees. Ensure the availability of medicines in OHC as per company policy. Play a role in HSE standard “First-Aid”. Prepare for Annual audit of “Communicable Disease”.

• Guest House Management: Manage Company Guest House as per the Standard. Look into the booking schedule of Guest house. Prepare monthly budget for Guest House maintenance. Check & Process guest house monthly Bill.

• Employees Engagement: Celebrate monthly/quarterly R&R activity. Celebrate employee’s birthday on monthly basis.

Industrial Training:

• Complete 2 months Industrial training from M/s Grawer & Well (I) Limited.

• Complete Project on “Performance Appraisal”.
