JOB DESCRIPTION / SKILLS:

Managing testing & commissioning procedure of Electrical and ELV systems such as:

Knowledge in HVAC Operation, Maintenance and Testing & Commissioning

Prepare queries to be raise to the consultant or client regarding unclear technical issues from the tender documents.

Oversee Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Ensure that the commissioned systems meet the requirements of the building owner, operator and building occupants and ensure all systems and associated equipment installed is operating in accordance with the engineer’s design intent, manufacturer’s recommendations.

Coordinate with various sub-contractors and other trades designated to undertake the different item of works under the project and see to it that work of each is accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget.

Conduct regular weekly coordination meetings with the construction team to maintain the smooth implementation of the project and to clarify any matter in dispute.

Monitoring, Operation and Preventive Maintenance of Facilities (LV, ELV and HVAC Systems)

Knowledge in AutoCad 2D and 3D

Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project

Knowledge in Primavera P6

Knowledge in REVIT (MEP)
