The Role:

• Responsible for working closely with end client on various Elv Engineering integeration program creating detailed plans,monitoring /updating progress,critical path analysis,earned analysis etc.

• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and written agreed budgets.

• Supervising projects: including in house, external contractors and sub contractors.

• Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients, contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.

• Setting out project works in accordance with Drawings & Specifications.

• Producing and processing financial measurements

• Maintenance of daily records.

• Implement of company policies,government policies and other policies releated to system integeration.

• Preparing BOQ for CCTV,ACCESS CONTROL,STRUCTURED CABLING SYSTEMS

• Preparing and submission of Quotes with techno-commerical clarification with the clients Documentation of awarded projects.

• Procurement Management and inventory management. Honeywell Automation India.Ltd, (Under Randstad management consultant Ltd) –Chennai-India – 2 Years As BMS Engineer. The Role:

• Service & Commissioning of CCTV SYSTEM, ACS/BMS Control Systems using specialized test equipment and instruments

• Networking the controllers through RS485-RS232 converter/terminal server/BNA/Switch to EBI system.

• Timely completion and successful customer acceptance of installed systems

• Preparation of Operation & Maintenance manuals are required for each project

• Diagnosing and repairing of faults in large building management systems

• Review Site Conditions – Communicate the requirements to customer & to respective managers in time

• Ensure invoices are submitted & certified by client on time.

• Handover the system to Service with necessary documents with warranty certificate.

• Installation and commissioning of IQ series, XLS, XL series, Comfort Point(BMS) controllers

• Installing and configuring EBI software(R400.2,R410.2) (Honeywell) Projects
