Technical details:
Off road spec vehicle prototype built for further betterment in R&D of vehicles in auto industry
Built on space frame chassis, capable of surviving 5 feet drop
Complete designing, analysis done for chassis, wheel, brake, suspension and transmission assembly for over 2 months

Analysed data of upto 720 airfoils, identified best airfoils for required working conditions, categorized and streamlined the data for future references of upcoming UAV platforms, saving the company weekly search work of upto 9 hours.
Streamlined the performance data of propellers with various motor configurations by creating spreadsheets for future reference hence saving company 12 hours a week amount of search work.
Conducted study for various static thrust stand configurations, saved company around 3.5 lacs rupees in equipment purchase process by analysing, deciding best sensors for recording required parameters.
Design and development of in house static thrust stand for testing propulsion units selected for small UAV platforms, saving around 1.5 lacs in equipment, saving data search and compilation work of upto 18 hours a week.
Analysing and observing variation in computational and experimental data recorded from thrust stand to simulate the behaviour of propulsion system in real flight conditions, identifying reasons for error percentage in theoretical data
