Responsible for field & DCS operation of Steam turbine & boiler.

Hot & cold start-up of turbine & boiler .

Performing the functions of troubleshooting and

breakdown/preventive/corrective maintenance

for reducing downtime to minimum.

Performance monitoring of turbine & boiler .

To watch out of running equipment like Boiler feed pumps & other pumps, HP heater & LP heater, MOV valves, ACC (air cooled condenser)

& CT (cooling tower) fans, DCF, Pocket Feeders, Compressors, etc.

Responsible for Shutdown activities planning & execution.

To do soot blowing properly most of in waste heat recovery boilers so back end temperature can be achieve as per design temperature and higher efficiency.

To see all ash handling or conveying system, for proper disposal of ash and pollution free environment.

Man power handling and also maintain good housekeeping during shift.

Co-operating with other departments i.e. Electrical, Production, Instrument. Etc.

Maintains Day to Day log sheets and schedule maintenance sheet.

Daily reports,log preparation,srs,pm notification,Material/Service PR,MIS in SAP S4/HANA.
