About the Company:

Bajaj Motors Limited was incorporated in 1986 and started its commercial production in 1989. Bajaj Motors was started as a machining unit with backward integration in Forgings of Auto Components. We are into manufacturing of auto components mainly precision engine & transmission components for Two Wheelers, Four Wheelers, Tractors and other Heavy machinery.

Present time working with Fan India appliance Gautam Buddha nagar greater Noida U.P. As a quality in charge and BIS lab in charge Frome 05 OCT 2019 to till date. We are manufacturing of moulding components, celling fan, Ventilation, Exhaust fan, Iron, Heater, Cooler, all type of TPW fan, etc. We also work for Havells India ltd, Plaza Wires, Almonard, VIP, Omega, Aronova, etc.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Good knowledge about HV tester, Multimeter, Test Panel, Elongation Tester, Slip Gauge, Depth Gauge, Multi Test Panel, etc.

Good knowledge about Air Plug Gauge, Venire Calliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Boar Gauge, Dial Gauge, Profile Protector, Roughness Tester.

Responsible for new part development on Machine Shop.

Maintain 5’S’ on shop floor.

To do why- why, 8D and root cause analysis to tackle the Problem.

Responsible for calibrating gauges within their stipulated time frame.

Implementing KAIZEN & POKA-YOKE on the shop floor.

Responsible for changing in drawings by giving ECN & PCN to design department.

ACHIEVEMENTS

To control Rejection at Machine shop, Customer Return.

To Modify the Fixture for reducing the Cycle time of a part.

To modification of machine to do double operation in single time which further increase production at machine shop.

To change layout for control the rejection at line.

Developed POKA YOKA on machine to control the Rejection.

Our efforts reduced customer complains in customer end.
