• Make Production Plan against customer schedule.
• Having Strong Knowledge in Casting, Forging, Machining, Surface Finishing, Heat Treatment Process, Heavy Fabrication, and Structural Fabrication .

• Performing stage wise Inspection in respect of Quality test plan and drawing.
• Checking Fit – Up to compliance with drawing requirements before start the welding.
• Confirming the components compliance with all associated clients approved quality procedure, test plan and drawings.
• Performs Design Calculations and Participate in Design Decisions.
• Responsible for Material requirements Planning and Material availability.
• Co-ordination with RM, Production, Quality, Dispatch for Production and Delivery achievement.
• Prepared the necessary documents related to Quality Plan and Client requirements.
• Coordinate necessary Material Testing in approved NABL Laboratories and review the Material Test Reports to ensure the conformance to the Project Requirements.
• Review and analysis of periodic quality reports and making inspection reports accordingly.
• Examining Non- Destructive Testing, Surface Blasting, Surface Preparation Inspection, Coating Thickness (DFT) Measurement.

• Resolve Supply, Quality and Invoicing issue with Vendors.
• Establishing and Maintaing Vendor Relationships.
• Entirely Responsible for Materials, Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance of the Machine Producing very big components .
• Making the necessary Quality Documents and Test Reports on project wise.
• Coordinate with Client Inspecting the final products and making the final reports.
• Handling Sub contract documentation and logistics.
