Job Responsibilities
ALL Work by using (ERP, E-Promise System) to prepare, Material GRN posting & material consumptions & material transfer, Requisitions, and Material Issue Vouchers.
Ensure effective and timely implementation of all daily activities including Inventory Management for Project Sites stores.
Handling self-correspondence (Emails, Invoices, Etc.)
Responsible for control/track/issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing materials & correspondence, site instruction.
Oversee and monitoring availability of stock to reduce shortages.
Regular periodic backup (electronic copy) of the project documents.
Receive and process MPRs for Building materials (for Project Sites).
Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.
Follow-up with HO for Purchase Orders and arrange collection of materials from Suppliers ASAP, check the quantity and quality of goods received against the LPOs. Suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Makes arrangements of power Tools & machinery and as per site required & maintains records of all receiving & Deliveries.
Maintain up-to-date list of LPOs and Delivery Notes received.
Prepare reports if Power Tool are Damage at site on working.
Organize store and conduct the inventory every 3 months. And prepare Inventory Report for review by Management.
