Title of the Thesis: “Innovative Monitoring System for Mineral Consumption of Plants & Security System in Agriculture Field”

In the present scenario, farmers are unknowingly giving either more or fewer fertilizer doses in the agricultural field. This results in soil pollution, less production & at times no yield. Hence, Smart Agriculture System is designed to meet the expectations by finding pH value of soil, moisture level in soil, checking the water flow in bore-well, automatic security system & weather condition of land.

It is mainly designed to reduce labour cost, reduces power consumption of motor & time efficient in its operation during emergency. This thesis is concerned with automated process in agriculture field in real time environment. This system includes the use of pH electrode, IoT technology, Moisture sensor, Night Vision Camera, Flow sensor & Temperature sensor to automate the process.

Diploma in Mechatronics Project:

Title of the Project: “Automatic Assembly Bulb Holder by PLC and ROBOT”

My project is assembling of Bulb Holder through automation process. It involves three stages such as sorting, assembling & packing. To automate the assembly of bulb holder, the Node-MCU connected to Android Device is interfaced with Fanuc’s LR Mate 200iD-4S Robot & Siemens PLC S7-300 controlled through IoT technology. The software used for programming are TIA Portal-V13 for PLC Ladder Logic, Arduino IDE for Node-MCU & Blynk for Cloud Communication.

Here all the parts of bulb holder undergo automated inspection using IR sensors, Proximity sensors, Limit switches. To check the physical dimensions of component Rack & Pinion Mechanism is used. Hence this project is intended towards reduction of labor cost, high productivity, time efficient process, reduced material rejection during quality check.
