• Leader of the development of a comprehensive maintenance behavioral compliance technology suite utilizing intrinsically safe hand-held devices for deployment in industrial environments. Provided maintenance subject matter expert oversite of the development, test and deployment of the system to more than 50 industrial sites in the US.

Program Director—Asset Management, Reliability & Maintenance (Saudi Arabia) (2017) Direct operations for reliability engineering, maintenance engineering and asset management organizations at industrial sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including all maintenance and support staff. Responsible for the development and execution of best practice based asset management and maintenance operations business in support of the broad Saudi Arabian industrial asset management market. Director of Sites Maintenance Operations, Morocco (2015-2016) Directed teams of engineering subject matter experts in the delivery of organizational and asset performance optimization projects at multiple industrial sites in Morocco.

• Recruited, deployed, and led a project team of recognized industry engineering experts in the development of comprehensive Plant Operations, Asset Management, Reliability Engineering & Maintenance Engineering strategies and practices for a newly completed ore processing and sorting plant in Youssoufia, Morocco. Successfully completed scope of work included MEL development, Equipment Criticality studies and development of critical equipment lists, FMEA completed for all critical equipment, development of care plans for all critical equipment, development of comprehensive lubrication strategy, thermography monitoring, vibration monitoring, RCFA development and utilization, and Equipment Care Plans. Project was completed in record time and under budget. This was the first successful and profitable project completion performed in the Kingdom in two years.

Director of Operations, Industrial Services—O & M (Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia & Doha, Qatar) 2011-2015 Directed the creation and operation of an Operations & Maintenance joint venture company in Saudi Arabia to service the broad Saudi Arabian industrial market.
