The development will also feature pop-up shops, a café, and outdoor fitness equipment to inspire the most dynamic lifestyles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I executed the inspection of steel reinforcement and shutter for Structural elements such as Raft slab, Columns, Core wall, Retaining wall, RCC Slab and Post tension slab

I assisted the QC and Construction team at site in implementing the project requirement based on the approved shop drawings and Method Statement

I follow up and implement any site instructions made by the Resident Engineer or Discipline Engineers

I issued Site Observation Report (SOR)/ Non- Conformance Report (NCR) to the Contractor when non- compliance noticed

The Masdar Institute Neighbourhood development will use 100% renewable energy sources, advanced design and technology integration for building and infrastructure systems, and a fundamental shift in day to day behavior towards maintaining a sustainable community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I’m the responsible for the supervision and inspection for Civil/ Structural works of four (4) buildings of the project

I carried out the inspection the inspection for bored piling and attended/ witnessed the testing at site such as Integrity test, Cross hole sonic test, Dynamic test and Static test

I executed the inspection delivery of the steel reinforcement and taking the sample intended for tensile, bend & re-bend test and chemical properties test

They are 12 prototypes, categorized under two typologies layout (type 1 & type 2) with a subtotal number of 445 dwelling for the 4 bedrooms, and (type 3 & type 4) and two mirrored types (type 3m & type 4m) with a subtotal number of 572 dwellings for the 5 bedrooms. RESPONSIBILITIES:

I handled the South residential areas which comprises a 4 big precinct with 530 villas

I conducted the final inspection and approval of the steel reinforcement and shutter intended for bored pile, pile cap, raft slab, tie beams, columns and suspended slab

I attended and involved in the Static test of the specified pile in the project which was witnessed by Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineer

An extensive range of hospitality products included a spa, gym, restaurants and café, conference center and meeting rooms supported by a personalized level of service. The facility included 6 residential lodge and 5 private villas: 1 male secure lodge with 3 floors, 20 bedrooms and 17 treatment rooms; 2 regular male lodges, each with 3 floors, 60 bedrooms and 34 treatment rooms; 1 female secure lodges with 2 floors, 12 bedrooms and 7 treatment rooms; 1 halfway house with 3 floors, 18 bedrooms and 1 treatment room and 5 VIP villas. RESPONSIBILITIES:

I handled three residential lodges, three substations, three guard houses, swimming pool and Mosque

Okada Manila occupies an area of 45 hectares (110 acres) of the Entertainment City 26,410.77 square meters

(284,283.2 sq ft) allotted to gaming. The hotel building of Okada Manila is composed of the Pearl and Coral Wings with each wing having 15 floors to be connected by two sky bridges. The glass façade of the building has a gold color representing the hue of Manila Bay’s sunset, and is one of the casino’s key themes. The US$2.4 billion phase one of the casino project includes 993 hotel rooms. Included in Okada Manila’s amenities are the Retreat Spa, a full service wellness center that offers luxury spa services; and PLAY an indoor facility for the learning- oriented entertainment of children and teens. There is also an allotted 8,409 square meters (90,510 sq ft) shopping area within the casino resort. RESPONSIBILITIES:

I’m the responsible in-charged for structural works of substructure of Podium area

I performed the inspection of steel reinforcement of pile cap, mat foundation, retaining wall, column & suspended slab

I ensure that the backfilled soil placed at site are met the requirement from the latest approved Proctor test

Amenities on the third level include a lap pool, function rooms and landscaped pocket gardens. RESPONSIBILITIES:

I was assigned as QA/QC Engineer for the Garden Villas (Podium) and three (3) blocks of Residential Tower (T3, T4, T5)

Mandarin Square is a 39- Story High Rise luxury condominium skyscraper located in Ongpin Street in the heart of Manila. A magnificent high- rise considered to be one of the premier landmarks of Binondo. The Mandarin Square Binondo offers residential suites in two- lofts style units which are not heard of in the Binondo area years ago. The project also offers spacious 2-BR and 3-BR residential units. Each unit at the Mandarin Square is designed with fine extravagant interiors and are painted finished. Selected units have balconies overlooking the Pasig river and Intramuros to the South, Manila Bay to the west, the skyline of Manila, and University Belt area to the east. RESPONSIBILITIES:
