To Improve the Quality of the Heat Treated products in terms of Metallurgical & Mechanical Properties (Decarburization & Aesthetic), N2 atmosphere has being planned to introduce in the existing Methanol System.

Done a project on, “Analyzing and predicting the factors affecting the De-Carb addition in Spheroidization Batch Annealing Furnaces”. Worked with JSW Flat Product team, and did a project on “Mechanical property variation throughout the length of the cold rolled coil in IF grade steels” then the solutions for the predicted problems has been implemented to enhance the quality of the sheet INNOVATION: (College Level Project)

Title: Synthesis and Characterization of TbFe2 Powders Using Magnetic Field Assisted Ball Milling, at Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory, Hyderabad Description: The Aim of this project is, finding the material with low Magnetization potential and enhance to the higher level. Prepared TbFe2 alloy treated at different conditions to get Magnetised and analysis has done by SEM, EDAX and Magneto meter. Finally, the Coercively of the stress induced TbFe2 determined maximum and suggested for Permanent Magnet & Sonar Applications EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:
