Group of street vendors from different localities were surveyed and were suggested to change the product they sell after a thorough analysis for the demand for that particular product in the market.

A study was carried out to analyze the level of customer’s satisfaction towards Tata Motors Pvt Ltd and the factors influencing customer satisfaction were analyzed.
