• Automated industrial process (Graduation project) They are now using the hardware and all the control panels I created as a learning platform for industrial automation and process control
1- Preserve the direction of two motors using classic control components and drive technology Installing 2 three phase motors on a plate the first one was connected to classic control circuit to make sure it wont change its direction if two phases switched the second motor is connected to a Siemens drive(g110) so if any two pahses swtiched the driction is preseved. 2- mixing and filling production line
the system consist of two sub system : A-coveyor system B-mixing and filling system A-conveyor system : I used Simatic Manager to program Siemens plc S7-300, simatic Hmi and MICROMASTER440 drive Also receieving the feedback from sensors and successfully make this system work on to two modes manual/automatic mode.( communication protocols used : Profibus DP ).
B-mixing and filling system : I used TIA portal to program and control 2 g110 drives,plc Siemens plc S7-1200 and HMI also receiving the feedback from the sensors and successfully make this system work on two modes manual/ automatic mode, connected the sub-systems togethers and ensured they achieve the desired function when worked together. ( communication protocols used : Profinet, USS )
