having the responsibilities of maintaining the Quality of all Drilling Fluids Additives,

Performing the R & D for new or revised products used in Oil & Gas Exploration.

Making the Certificate of Analysis(COA),

Testing the incoming Raw Materials including Auxiliary and packing material.

Water testing (Hardness, pH, TDS, Alkalinity/Acidity etc.)

Formulation of Drilling Mud ( WBM, OBM, KCl Polymer/PHPA Mud).

Formulation of Drilling Mud for performance testing of various Drilling Fluid Additives.

Maintaining In house Calibration of Equipment used in Laboratory.

Handling Laboratory apparatus like Fann Viscometer, API Filter loss apparatus, Hamilton Multimixter, Lubricity tester, Resiliency tester, Brookfield Viscometer, Karl Fisher Titrometer, Flash point, Cloud point and pour point Apparatus etc.
