JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Full Dimensional Report preparation (SIR) for initial samples from vendors & existing Product Revalidation of parts.

Incoming sampling inspection of vendor parts such as machined items, pressed parts, springs, Rubber parts, Plastic parts & Raw materials such as Bars, Castings and other related product child parts.

New part Inspection plan Prepare & Verification.

Non conforming products Control Analysis & Disposal.

Providing support and cooperation at times of Quality system audits (both internal and external).

To reduce Customer & internal line Rejection, Diagnose functional Quality issues

To recommend corrective actions for the Quality Issues at Supplier end.

Monitoring the Rejection countermeasures periodically (Customer & In-house).

Verification of Quality plan agreement, PPAP, Supplier Inspection reports.
