I also perform maintenance services and in field emergency repairs of all types from hydraulic leaks to hose replacement/ cylinders. I also Perform electronic diagnostics of computer systems.

My employment with Midas Franchise began as entry level Auto Service Technician then promoted to Customer Service Manager progressing to Assistant Store Manager and the final advancement to General Store Manager. As a flexible employee I had the duty of floating from store to store when needed. My responsibilities included automotive repairs, overseeing day to day operations, supervising of up to seven technicians, maintaining inventory, customer satisfaction and quality control. Additionally, I was in charge of Gross Margin and Systems Management.
Additional Information:
I am a highly motivated and driven family man often maintaining two positions at once to ensure a good quality of life for my family. During most of my employment positions I held a night &/or weekend towing operator position whenever possible and was trusted with contracts such as Police & Highway, AAA, exotic and classic vehicle towing services (Light, Medium and Flatbed). My towing experience dates back to December 1989.
I was a United States Army Paratrooper from 1982 to 1984 and currently belong to the American Legion & V.F.W.
