DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Complies with safety policies and procedures of the company to be implemented on the project.

Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive actions.

Coordinating and assisting Project manager and his team in handling “EMERGENCY” situations.

To check and maintain the daily site safety reports, Toolbox Talks, Induction training, work permit and follow up the employees for the proper use of PPE.

Developed and ensuring emergency procedure and security system are maintained.

Managing site based HSE team, security and emergency rescue team.

Effectively perform site safety audits, inspections, evaluations and risk assessment on environmental and safety hazards of operational activities and to ensure compliance.

Ensuring that all accident, incidents, near misses are investigated and reported as required.

Organizing and attending management HSE meeting, Client HSE meeting, subcontractor’s HSE meeting and workers HSE & welfare committee meeting.
