I am Cesar Louie Labadan, a licensed geologist specializing in environmental geology and environmental engineering and I want to apply for the Environmental Specialist position.

For my educational background, I used to study at St. Paul University Surigao from Nursery up until my 4th year in High School. For my undergraduate degree, I finished BS Geology at the University of the Philippines, and I am currently an MS Geology Student at the same university. I am currently finishing up my thesis on Heavy Metals in Lake Mainit.

For my work, I am currently a Graduate Student Assistant in the Environmental Monitoring Laboratory of the National Institute of Geological Sciences from 2018 to present wherein I assisted in laboratory projects, research, drilling activities, consultancies, modeling, and collaborations with other scientists, both local and foreign; both participated and gave special lectures Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Geology, Water Resource Management, and Development, Water Quality Sampling, Analysis, Modelling, and Natural Hazards focusing on flooding, subsidence, typhoons, and waves.

I also used to be an Undergraduate Student Assistant in the Volcano Tectonics Laboratory also in the National Institute of Geological Sciences from 2015-2018 wherein I led, managed, and organized activities and research for the other undergraduate student assistants of the laboratory; and also participated and gave special lectures and helped on research on Volcanism, Seismology, Tectonics, Remote Sensing, General Natural Hazards, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Hydrology.
