- Undertake relevant research in developing, modifying, testing and evaluating materials in accordance with applicable standard and test procedures.

- Perform Test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all required works under the contract ON or OFF site.

- Inspect the activity on site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan in accordance with the project specifications.

- Maintain effective communication and relation with the Main Contractor in ensuring that all site works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and approved documents.
