Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of Stock at all times.

• Preparing E-Way Billing for material transportation to different destinations.

• Maintain optimal Stock levels

• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies

• Review physical inventories periodically

• Maintain stock and consumption records

• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents

• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice

• Keeps and updates records of goods received and issued

• Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report

• Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure

• Complete both abhor and routine Inventory reports as required by Materials organization.

• Complete processing, analysis and recording of Negative stocks to facilitate operational improvements.

• Work closely with suppliers to develop short term tactical improvements.

• Participate in functional process improvement teams.

• Coordinate with main store for supply of materials

• Coordinate with work sites for transfer of materials to site to site

• Coordinate with Project managers, site in charge for supply of materials to the sites.

• Coordinate with purchaser and suppliers for material requirements

• Discuss with project managers, engineers about the requirement of materials

• Preparation of Store material requisition

• Co-ordinate with Sales Team and Dispatch of the material

• Preparation of Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Accounts Statements, etc

• Time keeping & basic administrative work / Follow up of Management decision

• Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure

• Preparing monthly sales report.
