Project : Uran-Chakan-Shikrapur Pipeline(UCSPL).

Location : Spread-II area

Line : Gas Pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities: As an EPMC Engineer for Pipeline & Piping activities.

•Laying a Pipeline according to the ROU.

•Checking & Inspecting the Fit-up joint and Welded joints of the Pipeline according to WPS Procedure.

•Checking the Prepared line section Part-A Pipe book for further Lowering activity.

•Inspecting Trench Depth for Lowering of Section in the Trench by conducting Holiday test.

Role and Responsibilities: As an Piping & Pipeline Engineer.

•Site survey to find out the dismantling and dispose of equipment present in the Group Gathering Station Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Gas Compression Plant & Captive Power Plant installations.

•Re-Constructing the GGS installations, ETP and GCP CPP installation according to the Mott Mac Donald Consultant provided drawings.

•Preparation of Bill of Materials according to Isometric drawings for site requirements.

•Responsible of plan, organize, execution of piping spools fabrication and erection works.

•Allocation of material, man power and equipment for daily work activities.

•Fabricating the new storage tanks.

•Pre-fabricating the piping spools in shop fabrication unit according to Isometric drawings.

•Erecting the pre-fabricated piping spool in the installation according to Isometric drawings.
