1. PDQC Process

Log in into the web-based application ISIMS.

Selects Fetch Policy PDF. PDF downloads into download folder.

PDF extraction using Abbyy Flexicapture studio.

After the process of verification of data, it is uploaded to portal. 2. Group-Ops Process

Log in into the web-based portal.

Search for pending cases and export data.

Move all pending cases caught.

Provide Status and update.

3. Outstanding Statement Process

Input file received through mail.

Excel massaging and create final file.

Log in into portal and enter group name.

Download the report of group.

4. Purchasing DO

Log in into the web-based portal.

Check for the credit days.

If credit days exceeded create remark and send.

Else create purchase order.

5. Invoice Process

Input PDFS from clients.

Extract specific fields (ICR & OCR) using Abbyy Flexicapture.

Export the fields into Excel.

Login into portal and upload

6. Abbyy Invoice Processing RPA in energy domain

A BOT should take input from one folder where BOT will get all sources PDF files file structure would be as follow:

Date Folder>> Customer folder>> List of PDF files with all suppliers

After that BOT should have to pick up all those PDF and send to Abbyy Flexicapture for processing.

Abbyy Flexicapture should able to understand processing of PDF files with auto selecting their respective template files and should provide output data in multiple excel files. 7. Apply cash in advance open items on customer account

Login into SAP portal in Citrix environment.

Perform certain steps and validations.

Copy BSID table from SAP into excel.

Start new session for each line items and fill required details for each in portal.

On the basis of specified condition either create an exception or execute the open item.

• 3 process in Insurance company, on Process Robot tool with Abbyy Flexicapture solo project.

• 3 RPA processes with marketing-based company.

• 10 SAP processes automated for western country branches of Pfizer company.

• Cracked captcha for Govt.’s website i.e. VAHAN

• Given training to juniors as well as seniors on various domain like Abbyy Flexicapture, RPA, Python, Opencv etc.

• Completed 1 government process name VAHAN via RPA and python.
