- Project – Dohalive, Doha

Worked as Project Manager from April 2019 till Feb 2020 in Dohalive Project, where the main contractor was M/s REDCO, Consultant was M/s Al Baker Architect. Dohalive was a mixed use development project in the city of Doha. The project comprised 45m high Hotel Building with 6B+G+2Mz+8L+R with a total built up area of 26,556 m2 and adjoined with a 27m High CV of Reyassuddin Ahmed Page 3 of 5

retail building with 3B+G+4L+R with a total built-up area of 11,534 m2 and an additional Built- up of 2,641 m2, at Airport Road in Najma. The project includes 237 guest room, restaurants, health club, spa, business centre, meeting & conference rooms, swimming pool with bar. The MEP package sum was QR 120 million.

- Project – Mixed use, Doha

Worked as Project Manager from Sept 2017 till May 2019 in Mixed used project, where the Main contractor was M/s JTC, Consultant was M/s ECG and the Client Representative was M/s PIQ . The project comprised multi-use iconic two seven story buildings

(3B+GF+Mz+7L+R) associated with car park and recreational facilities include a fitness and spa with gym, swimming pool. Hotel tower including 220 five star hotel rooms, 03 numbers of large conference Ball rooms, 56 retail shopping centres. Office tower including several office spaces and meeting rooms, rooftop terrace and restaurant. Total development of the site are of 16,500 square meters, and total build-up area of 110,800 square meters, located in Najma at Airport Road, Doha Qatar. The project MEP package sum is QR 152 million.

- Project- Milaha logistic City, Doha

Worked as Project Manager from May 2015 till August 2017 in Milaha Logistic City for Package 5 & 5A, containing commercial warehouse ( B2- 12,271m2, B3-12,142m2,B4- 13,180m2), operation offices, six underground tanks & Pump room, entrance and exit gate house and external works, developed by Milaha Martime & Logistic Company. along with several other ancillary buildings spread out over of 423,861m2 plot area.

- Project – Westin Hotel, Doha

Worked as Construction Manager in SAMKO International from 1st March 2013 till April 2015 for Westin Hotel Project. The project comprised 5 Stars Hotel building (2B+GF+Mz+7L+R) including 338 bedrooms, 22 suites, a swimming pool and squash courts, and 05 bungalows, restaurant and associate with car parking. Total built-up area of 800 square meters, a mechanical floor with a total built-up area of 91,000 square meters. The project MEP package sum is QR 250 million was developed by Ghanem Al- Thani Holdings W.L.L Company

- Project – Al Saad Development Complex, Doha.

Worked as Assistant Project Manager from May 2008 till 10th August 2011 and was then promoted to Project Manager during the project for Al Saad Development Complex. The Client was Barwa, Qatar, Main Contractor was Midmac and the Project Consultant was AEB. The total value the project was 257 million The project covered area was 28,000 Sq.m. There were six towers which houses office, residential unit, shopping malls, five star hotel and a multi storey car parking . The MEP package was QR 257 Million. March 2003 to April 2008 - Senior Electrical Engineer – Haif Company, Jeddah, KSA

Haif Company is an Engineering Construction Company & Management for multi-storey high-rise buildings, institutional buildings, high class hotels, hospitals and Industrial Building, infrastructure and etc. It is a multinational company having branches in all province of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE.

- Project - Al Shar Hotel, Hilton

Worked as Senior Electrical Engineer in Hilton Phase II, 7 star Hotel also know as Al Sharq Hotel (Jeddah, KSA) under the Management of Hilton Group. The total cost of the project was SR 500 Million. The job responsibility included supervision of the electrical works till handing over and co-ordination with all other trades. Additional responsibilities also included following of the day to day maintenance issues of Hilton Hotel in coordination with the Hilton Chief engineer.

- Project- King Abdul Aziz University, Project Jeddah This project was for Government of Saudi Arabia, where the consultant was Flour Arabia, with a total value of SR 64 million. My job was from the bidding of the project, to assisting the technical team for material submittal and procurement for material.

- Project: Villas Compound in Makkah

This project was for Private Client, Bin Dawood and the consultant were Saudi Diyar and the total cost of the project was SR 52 Million. My job included working up for the variation, identifying and rising claims due to extension of time.

- Project: Grain Silos, Madinah.

This Project was for the Government of Saudi Arabia, with a total cost of 58 Million. This was a very complex project which was accommodating of 60 thousand tons of grain. It was turnkey factory project of a high-rise silos and a head house building of 70 meters high from natural ground. It was a challenging job, meaning we were the only Saudi company for executing such type of projects in the Kingdom. During that time my job responsibility was involved in the design of the infrastructure of the grain silos for the electrical works, material submittal and site supervision.

November 1995- March 2003 - Senior Project Engineer – Al Khairat Corporation, Jeddah, KSA

Al-Khairat Corporation was an engineering, construction, & management, organization in the field of construction of multi-storey high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, institutional buildings, Industrial buildings, infrastructures and etc.

The projects, which I was involved, were as follows:

• Stars Palace Project Makkah, 24 storey building project.

• Paradise Lagoon Durratul Urus 48 apartments.

• Makkah Administration Building Administration building for Al Jazaria Transport.

• Plot # 3079, Madinah 13 storey building. (Residential & commercial complex)

• Ajayad, Makkah19 storey building.

I was responsible for all aspects of Electrical works of the project. My duties included supervision

& directing workforce, maintaining the quality of work and timely completion. Other duties included preparation of material submittals, progress billing, and selection of materials as per the specifications, within the budget. Besides managing the site, my responsibility also included bidding for all the new projects for the company. This included preparing all the required approvals of shop drawings, material and equipments till the execution of the projects.
