EPC:

Supply & Installation of VSM Pumps at GC-06, GC-20 & New 20” pipeline from GC- 09 to CMM (Upstream).

(Client: KOC, Kuwait)

Project detail: KOC intends to replace existing crude transit pumps and booster pumps at GC-6 of South Kuwait and crude transit pumps at GC-20 of East Kuwait with new variable speed driven crude transit pumps. My work scope and responsibilities are as specified below,

Design of Pump sheds at both GC-06 & GC-20 area with 10 Tonne capacity EOT crane.

Design of Substation buildings at both GC-06 & GC-20 area.

Design of Pump foundation for pumps inside the Pump sheds at both GC-06 & 20 area.

Design of other miscellaneous items which serves the area such as Culverts, Platforms, Pig launcher foundations, Pipe supports, Anchor block & Pipe sleepers.

Providing inputs to the draftsman for the Preparation of Layout and detail drawings for the above mentioned & also providing inputs to 3D department and checking the same to ensure whether the structures and foundations are clashfree with other department facilities and existing A/G & U/G facilities. Project detail: Kuwait Oil Company intends to upgrade the existing crude oil export facilities at North tank farm(NTF) & South tank farm(STF) in order to meet and sustain the KOC 2020/2030 strategy requirements. My work scope and responsibilities are as specified below,

Design of Gas Cylinder room with chain pulley at equipment floor.

Design of foundation and roof structure for the Surge tank in STF area.

Design of other miscellaneous items which serves the area such as Platforms, Pig launcher foundations, Pipe supports, Anchor block & Pipe sleepers. Upgradation of Gas & Condensate network at East kuwait area-I (Upstream).

Project detail: Kuwait Oil Company intends to improve existing Gas & Condensate Network at South & East Kuwait Area through installation/ replacement / rerouting of Gas & Condensate lines from various GC’s/ M/F’s of East Kuwait (Area-I). Since, it’s was a Pipeline project, only minor structures were under civil scope and the same are as specified below,

Design of miscellaneous items such as Platforms, Pig launcher foundations, Pipe supports, Anchor block & Pipe sleepers and cross checking the same with 3D model to ensure everything is clash free.

Project detail: Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) intends to revamp MAA burnery system to improve the environmental emissions through smokeless burning without affecting the operations of main plant. My work scope and responsibilities are as specified below,

Design of Pump shed with 7.5 Tonne capacity EOT crane.

Design of Vessel carying tech structure with 3 Vessels resting on the 2nd deck.

Design of Pump foundation.

Design of other miscellaneous items which serves the area such as Culverts, Platforms, Pig launcher foundations, Pipe supports, Anchor block & Pipe sleepers.

Providing inputs to the draftsman for the Preparation of Layout and detail drawings for the above mentioned & also providing inputs to 3D department and checking the same with SP3D to ensure whether the structures and foundations are clashfree.

Project detail: KNPC intends to introduce a new flare gas recovery unit. My work scope and responsibilities are as specified below,

Design of Pipe racks.

Design of Shelter with 10 Tonne capacity EOT crane.

Design of Pump foundations.

Debottlenecking of GC-17 at West Kuwait (Upstream).

(PMC: L&T Hydrocarbon; Client: KOC, Kuwait).

Project detail: KOC intends to increase the production of Oil in West Kuwait. My work scope and responsibilities are as specified below,

Design of Pipe racks(P delta analysis).

Design of foundations for various shelters with EOT cranes & Monorails. The super structure was prepared by M/S Kirby. I was associated only with the foundation design.

Design of Pump foundations(Static & Dynamic).

Design of Equipment carrying underground pits.

Design of Substation building & Control room.
