AKG-AL KHAIL GATE (Plot 3 Staff Accommodation) Dubai, U.A.E :Staff Accommodation .Plot Area = 40,000 sqm.Building Height is G+9 with most of the ground floor usage as parking for bus and cars and the roof for the ground floor between the building to contain amenities of the project. The requirements regarding flexibility of converting the buildings from 100% rooms with ensuite bathroom to a flexible mix of studios &1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments to cater for different tenants.

ROSEHILL GARDENS ESTATE L.L.C DUBAI,U.A.E.: Mixed residential building G+5 with Studio,1,2 and 3bed room apartments. Managed and led the development of complete design & coordination from concept design stage to tender stage & issued for construction. Provide and prepare architectural details and wall sections for project deliverables

WAVE CITY CENTRE (TOWNSHIPS, TOP-END RETAIL, MULTI-PLEXES & OFFICE SPACES) INDIA: Developed preliminary designs for commercial and residential spaces. Prepared working set drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Applied artistic expertise and technical skills to create freehand sketches and colour architectural presentations, renderings, and site plans. Company’s major project included design development and execution of Wave city centre which included townships, top-end retail, multi-plexes and office spaces.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT: SHANKER GREENS TOWNSHIP :INDIA Effectively led a team of three junior architects engaged in providing full concept through delivery architectural design and construction administration services. Collaborated with senior client decision-makers to develop requirements. Researched codes and obtained required permits. Created detailed designs, drawings, specifications, resource estimates, and timetables. Shanker green was a township of 5 towers. The project had to be designed with 2BHK and 3BHK, row houses, which are well equipped with all kinds of modern amenities and basic facilities had to be implemented including all the detailed drawings for interior/exteriors. Plans, elevations & sections.

CONVERTING THE PALACE OF MAHARAJA RANJIT SINGH INTO A RESORT: INDIA Developed schematic design presentation materials (diagrams, renderings, floor plans) The design included converting and the restoration of the palace and to be renovated and refurbished as a hotel. The clusters of structure were converted into rooms for hotels and spa & resorts, entertainment zones, lawns, clubs and libraries.

DESIGNING OF AQUAMARINE MUSEUM/RETAIL SHOP:INDIA Conceptual designing of specialized sea aquarium store with inbuilt aquariums ranging from Nano to large units. Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches. Carry out 3D designs or 2D designs as required.

DESIGNING DISTRICT COURT:INDIA Detailed designing of the court including the interior layout covering an area of 17 acres. The District Court building has been designed and built with a range of visitors and court users in mind. Complete package drawings, all plans elevations, sections etc.

ASHAI TOWER.:DUBAI One of the company’s major development programme in Dubai .Worked on the master planning, schematic plans and major part included the calculations, curtain wall detailing, renderings on final presentation sheets, sketching etc. Worked on site plans and the interiors which included renderings of all plans in photo shop, making packages, 3-D sketches, plans, elevations and sections.
