•Design and Development of Idustrial components and sheet metal using Solid Edge & On-shape.
•Developing professional 3D parametric models and sheet metal model with GD & T using Solidedge and Onshape for the packaging machine as per customer Requirement.

Project 1 : Continuous motion multi-track collar vertical form fills and seal.
Line : Entire Machine Assembly

Responsibilities:
•understand,plan and manage allocated design projects in line with product development plan within the mutually agreed timelines, and ensure adherence to technical standards for product design,development and testing.
•Create a new model for POUCH PULLING ASSEMBLY-to pull a Rubber belt by using pulleys and Bevel Gears.
•Create a new model for VERTICAL SEALING & PULLING ASSEMBLY-Heat will be transmit by using 0.125MM Thickness metal belt and pull by a rubber rope these assembly will rotate 90 degree and entire assembly should placed on IGUS linear guide.
•Create a new model for FORM ASSEMBLY-film will come to coller assembly from carriage assembly without any collabrate and disturbance to other film.
•Develop 3D model, assembly, drafting and Bill of material for other assemblies as per old model with little modification and cost effective solutions,suitable to customer requirements.
•Ensure design review with respect to the design intent in the allocated projects with strong focus on 'Design it right the first time' approach and ensure high level of accuracy of BOM to eliminate downtime in production.
•Model and drafting created as per ISO standard and self-quality check is done with proper BOM.
Project 2 : PS 360-1Line
Line : Conveyor, Auger & Collar Assembly
Software : Solid Edge.
Responsibilities:
•Helping and Generate concept idea for conveyor, Auger & Collar assembly based on the product delivery.
•Assemblies are made and tested for the interference of the part and assemblies.
•Prepare proper tolerance based on the material for the component to manufacture.
