ABBYY Developer/ Kaspers (LSG)
Description:
ABBYY Invoice module is used to extract data from the European invoices by downloading them from the email attachments into the ABBYY input hotfolder by RPA (UiPath) and generating a unique reference number for each invoice after the invoice is processed from the ABBYY by UiPath. UiPath Bot takes the processed invoice i.e., .csv file from the output folder of ABBYY, validates and enters the data into the Navision of the UiPath.
Responsibilities:
Configuration of Database and IIS.
Installation of ABBYY Flexicapture and UiPath in both Development and Production Environment.
Downloading invoices to the hotfolder from the mail attachments using UiPath.
Training the invoices of different vendors in the training batch for the extraction of data from the invoices. Worked on layouts by exporting them from trained batches.
Inserting the vendor data provided by the customer into the Database and creating a database check by comparing the fields and getting the values from the database which are not present in the invoices into the fields by scripting in .net.
Developed a script to fetch data from the database in document definition. Testing the trained batches and resolved issues. Exported the data to .csv format.
Exported file taken by UiPath, validate the captured data by developing a script and entered in the Navision.

Description:
Extraction of data from the invoices using ABBYY Flexicapture invoice module and entering the extracted data into the SAP application using UiPath.
Responsibilities:
Installation of ABBYY flexicapture distributed version and UiPath studio and orchestrator in both development and production environment.

Description:
Extracting data and complex tables from the unstructured documents of various banks of Singapore using Kofax Transformation Module and also used scripting for masking the data and Logo’s, classification of documents, table extraction and data formatting. Exported the extracted data to XML files using Kofax Capture.

Responsible for installing the Kofax Capture (KC) and Kofax Transformation Module (KTM).
