* Preventive and Corrective maintenance in Process control system.
• Study the P&ID and identify the instruments location in different area’s on site.
• Facing the internal & external inspection of instrument calibration, installation, IR-Test, tube leak test of cv, transmitter impulse lines.
• Identify the flow direction in pipe lines by using in isometric view.
• Breakdown maintenance and shutdown maintenance.
• Loop checking and Function Test
• Equipment improvement activities.
• Workshop Calibration and troubleshooting of Various Transmitters, Control valves, High and Low alarm switches for Pressure, temperature, level and flow, Temperature elements, Level measuring instruments, Solenoid valves, actuators etc
• Level measurement level gauges, Float / Displacer level switch/Gauge, Level Transmitters of Ultrasonic, Capacitance and GWR
