Title : Single channel servo drive

Role : Design Engineer

Description:

Single channel servo drive is a controller which controls a single actuator. It includes over current protection. It can be useful to drive any motor or actuator. The driver section is based on the boot strap mechanism. The speciality of this controller is its size, which is about 40mm square. Responsibilities:

As a Designer

• Designed and prepared schematics.

• Prepared all the BOMs, verified netlist with the schematics as well as with the bare PCBs.

• Done the card level tests (cold checks, voltage checks and section wise checking).

• Preparation of design document, test documents, layout guidelines. Done functional verification by simulation.

Project# 2 :

Title : IDFAB

Role : Design Engineer

Description:

IDFAB is Impact Delay Fuse for Aircraft Bomb. It is fuse controller for Bomb activation.Controller generates required signals sequentially as per the requirement. Responsibilities:

• Prepared Schematics.

• Prepared all the BOMs, verified netlist with the schematics as well as with the bare PCBs.

• Done the card level tests (cold checks, voltage checks and section wise checking).

• Card level tests with software.

• Tested the controller with the appropriate input signals.

Project# 1:

Title : NGARM EMA

Role : Design Engineer

Description:

NGARM EMA is a quad channel servo controller along with 4 actuators. Servo Controller controls 4 linear actuators along with its brake system. NGARM EMA system consists of quad channel controller and its actuation system with LVDT feedback mechanism.

Responsibilities:

As a Designer

• Prepared all the BOMs, verified netlist with the schematics as well as with the bare PCBs.

• Done the card level tests (cold checks, voltage checks and section wise checking).

• Card level tests with software

• Tested the controller with the individual actuators.

• Functionality checks after integration.

• Functional, ESS, EMI/EMC and SOFT tests on integrated assembly.

• Understanding customer requirements and clarifying design level queries over the phone call.

• Providing support in resolving issues in all phases of testing and during the production.
