Layout Preparation:

Preparation of Project requirement data justification & Budget creation.

Draft Automation & Manual Line Layout by process flow chart in Auto-CAD. Draft the Project Network lines for New Line in Auto-CAD followed by Line marking & Equipment marking.

SMT machine QPL evaluation & Test line evaluation with QPL. Follow the Equipment approval & Equipment transfer Plan.

Repair line setup & supporting consumables storage Area deployment in Layout.

Raw material & FG material Flow transport,

Construction Schedule follow-up & completion, LBU schedule & MIL preparations. Chart an update of layout

& construction status to Dept. Head, Plant Head & BU Head. Escalation the hurdle points to top level management.

Successfully installed New Auto Robotic Cells Test Line to increase the production rate.

Optimized 10 HC and improved UPH & UPPH. (Before 107. Now 97HC in new line).

Increased Auto station in SMT line to reduce the Workmanship issue.

Increased Repair UPPH & reduced Scrap rate.

Implemented new Fixtures & jigs to work fast.

Implemented material Poke-Yoke system in SFC to create an alarm to highlight.
