● Key skills: An approach to plot lineaments - Faults in imagery (Sahaspur Block, Dehradun).

● Description:

o The goal extended in visual interpretation of Faults, the Fault lines and lineaments are further verified by enhancing the image in several ways and the final comparison and truthfulness is compared according to existing major fault thematic map data layer taken from Bhuvan (ISRO). o In this study a Landsat – 8 imagery of 2016 is being used and processed and using ArcGIS 10.4 and ERDAS Imagine 2014 software the work is fulfilled. Using Top of Atmosphere (TOA), Stacking, Merging, and Convolution Filtering of the imagery in Different Directions, Visual Interpretation and Fault Analysis the project got its result.
