As Solutions Consultant we are Sales and Product mixed into one role. I work on with sales reps during the pre-sales process on demo calls with potential clients, yet we often work with engineering to develop new features and tools. The majority of my time is spent demonstrating how NS8 products work and answer all technical questions during sales calls. In the post-sales process, I facilitate configuration calls with new customers to assist with optimizing the clients’ settings for all modules. I research and write SOWs for new platforms and third-party apps that we scope to integrate into our software. I also helped initiate and I currently manage the Professional Services team. I built out processes for us to scope custom built platforms and I am responsible for maintaining the relationships from discovery to integration and beyond.
