UNIVAR, Redmond, WA 2008 – 2014

ALM Tool Administrator (February 2010 – February 2014):

Installed, configured and administrated QC, QTP, Load Runner, TAO, ARIS, and uPerform.

Defined, documented, and implemented an ALM framework and processes.

Taught project personnel and Univar staff these processes and how to use the tools.

Helped several multi-million-dollar SAP projects be successful.

Tested customized off the shelf software package to replace their legacy fiscal and HR systems.

Tested the migration of all the WSIPC schools and school districts to the new 3 tier GUI system.
