JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Quality Technician.

• Leading and Managing a team of Technicians to ensure process and product quality.

• Interface with customer on the product quality requirement and work closely with Product, Testing, Production & Process functional to ensure the product quality.

• Monitoring and Measuring the quality performance of the organization, i.e. Customer complaints.

• Actively participate in the FMEA for all NPI builds and prepare the control plan and work instruction with respect to customer requirements.

• Establish the inspection criteria for the finished goods as per the IPC standards.

• Responsible for the continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 6S, Kaizen, and lean methods etc..

• Customer complaint’s handling and verifies the returned materials from customer for repair.

• Initiates and follow up on all corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.

• Support production in meeting output and reliability through technical service in resolving quality issue.

• Training technicians in the organization.

• Deploying quality initiatives in the unit and working towards zero defects.

• Ensuring compliance to ISO 9001-2008(QMS) requirement and documenting the same.
