Currently hold 4 positions within the practice:
Treatment Coordinator:
oProvide exemplary customer service to incoming patients
oAssisting the Orthodontist with initial exam including identifying personality types
oPresentation of the recommended treatment to the patient, utilizing computer technology to highlight clinical diagnosis and sell the need for treatment plus presentation of financial options
oUsing significant sales training I then close the sale and associated close duties:
Create contracts and obtain signatures
Establish financial payment plans and related insurance
All chart documentation, outgoing correspondence and coordination of all appointments
Staying current on all advancements in dental treatment, maintaining month-end year end goals and spread sheets, setting up sleep apnea testing.
Insurance Coordinator:
oResponsible for filing all insurance claims for 2 offices
oVerifying insurance benefits, follow-up on all EOB's requiring information, follow up on all unpaid insurance balances with insurance companies, directly working with Insurance personnel to set up PPO's and EPO contracts
oCoordinating payment plans for all unpaid insurance balances, handling patient inquiries regarding their insurance
Bookkeeper:

oProvide bookkeeping for 3 companies, including:
Accounts payable, deposits, entering payroll, managing and reconciling 6 credit card accounts, managing and reconciling multiple bank accounts, process and file sales taxes
Month-end reconciliations, month end reports, year-end reports
Working directly with the Doctor, keeping him informed on financial status and future expenses
Working with accountant to get all accounts ready for tax filing and assisting where needed
Creating and maintaining budgets, processing all refunds of credit balances, maintaining customer accounts, invoicing, organizing and maintaining all records, maintain petty cash account.
Receptionist:
oExceptional professionalism and customer service skills
oExperience maintaining phone queues, greeting patients, preparing schedules, day sheets and chart preparation
oAdditional duties:
Maintaining juice bar and reception area, maintaining and ordering all office inventory
Liaison between janitorial and fish maintenance services
