Responsible for the development and validation of products, systems and components
Prepare the proto type samples in proto shop according to design requirements from design engineer
Involved in other functions within the company and external suppliers on for development of product it includes child parts procurement, process parameters adjustment, dispatch of proto samples to customer
After the development, validate the product to evaluate the functional requirements of the products It includes performance testing, reliability and durability checking
Prepare the validation plan from customer requirements and complete the product validation by with in scheduled date by coordinate with senior test engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for product design from platform level to final start of production
Responsible for mechanical aspects of motors design to meet the required functional requirements
It includes:
Selection of shaft diameter by considering static loading conditions in motors
Selection of material by getting support with lead material selection engineer
Calculation of bearing reactions in Motor shafts ends
Holding force of spring to hold the magnet in required position
Force analysis on worm gear mechanism in geared motors
After the dimension finalization send the data to lead engineering team for approval
Create a 3D model for above data once we get the approval from lead engineering team
Prepare the final drawing with required GD&T controls and release the drawings for child parts procurements
Prepare the final BOM for product, once the development and design are completed
Prepare the technical documents (offer drawings, special characteristics, customer technical manual) in upload them in SAP data base
Support Application engineer for customer RFQ to give bosch proposal required for meet their specifications in RFQ.
Carry out design related engineering changes initiated by management team to reduce the cost, Improve quality CAD software competencies
