ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process internal and external complaints and claims focusing on an effective elimination of the fault for product, process or design (Interior & Electric)

Document the complaint in system (QSYS) CAQ (Module RQMS)

Actively support all efforts to eliminate repeat complaints (FMEA, etc)

Receive complaints and check that all needed information is included with problem decription, start fault analysis

Establish the inter-departmental claim team and moderate the complaint and fault resolution process

Participate by the determination and initiation of immediate actions

Conducting Internal Audit

Moderating the root cause analysis with the claim team

Implement controls to find repeat complaints including the evaluation of (non-) effectivity of prior actions

Initiate the review and revision of relevant production, quality and design documents (FMEA, WI, Control plan & test instruction, drawings etc.)

Participate during the establishment and implementation of corrective actions

Participate by the definition and implementation of preventative measures

Correspond with the party lodging claim; internal and external (also using Customer tools or portals)

Execute the complaint closure (technical, commercial, total)

Evaluate and supply data relevant to complaints (i.e. non-conformance cost, etc)

Support of any task to perform at BMW site for both Electric & Interior products

Conduct Daily Quality Meeting and Discuss about Incoming, In-process and Customer Complaints

Preparation of 8D report

Preparing Work Standard and Inspection Standard as per Control Plan requirements

Preparing Master list of mistake proof list for the circuit inspection and Band cable inspection board

Preparing important check points for new model harness

Preparing CAPA report for In-house rejection and preparing In-house PPM
